The Girls Bra Shop ships online orders within Canada using Canada Post. Timelines for shipping depend on stock availability but typically are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times may vary with special orders or out-of-stock merchandise and will be handled as expediently as possible once stock is available. 

The Girls Bra Shop offers a flat rate shipping charge of $15 of all orders. Shipping is free for orders over $150. Please note that shipping charges for initial purchases or returns are at your expense and are non-refundable. When exchanging any items, please include postage fees to cover the second shipping fee or contact us with your credit card so that we can proceed with your replacement item promptly.

All packages are mailed with tracking numbers and can be tracked within 90 days of posting. The Girls Bra Shop is not responsible for loss or damage during shipments.

Should you wish to change an order or purchase, please contact The Girls Bra Shop as soon as possible by calling 905-642-3339 and we will do our best to assist you with a prompt exchange or store credit. Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 business days of the original sale date. We do not offer refunds - store credit or exchanges only. 

Bras can be returned in person at our store or by mail within 7 business day of the original purchase date. Again, please note that the return postage is your responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable. And that the Girls Bra Shop is not responsible for loss or damages that may incur during shipping, either on original purchases or returns. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached and a copy of the original receipt. For hygienic reasons, sales of hosiery, panties, thongs, bra accessories and shapewear cannot be returned.

Currently, we do not offer alterations.

All sale merchandise is final sale and no returns will be accepted.

Although there is no expiry date on gift cards, credit notes are valid for two years only.
